Measuring Method
Frequency Measuring Method: Load resonance frequency measured by network analyzer (S&A 250B or equivalent) and the circuit in Figure 4-1. Measured frequency may be changed by using different measurement equipment.
Equivalent Series Resistance: Measured by network analyzer (S&A 250B or equivalent) and the circuit in Figure 4-1. DUT is shown in Figure 4-2.
Measuring Condition: Standard conditions for the measurement shall be +300.5C and 25 to 75%R.H.
