Mini-Circuits BFCN-5200+ LTCC Bandpass Filter
The BFCN-5200+ is an LTCC bandpass filter designed to cover the 4250 to 6300 MHz passband. It features a low insertion loss of 1.8 dB within the passband, with significant stopband rejection of 23 dB lower and 21 dB upper. This filter can handle up to 2.5W of RF input power and operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -55 to +100C. Its LTCC multi-layer construction ensures excellent performance repeatability and a compact 1206 ceramic package with wraparound terminations, ideal for space-constrained PCB layouts and minimizing parasitic effects.
