Testing Conditions

Unless otherwise specified, testing is performed at ordinary temperature (5 to 35) and ordinary humidity (25 to 85% RH). In case of doubt, testing is performed at 202 and 60 to 75% RH, with atmospheric pressure of 86 to 106 kPa.

Operating Conditions

The part normal work is allowed at ambient temperature: -40 ~ +125.

Reliability Testing

Various reliability tests are conducted, including High temperature storage, Low temperature storage, Humidity test, Thermal shock test, Solderability test, Heat endurance of reflow soldering, Vibration test, Drop test, Terminal strength test, and Loading at High Temperature. Specific conditions and acceptance criteria are detailed in the original document.

Recommended Soldering Conditions

The product can be applied to flow and reflow soldering. Recommended flux is rosin-based, and solder is Sn. Specific temperature profiles for flow and reflow soldering are provided in the original document.
