Testing Conditions

Reliability Test Conditions

High temperature storage test: 1252 for 1000 hours. (|L|/L10%)

Low temperature storage test: -252 for 1000 hours. (|L|/L10%)

Thermal shock test: -40 (30 min) to 125 (30 min) for 100 cycles. (|L|/L10%)

Solderability test: Terminal area must have 90% min. solder coverage. Dip in flux then solder pot at 2455 for <5 seconds.

Vibration test: 10~55Hz, 1.5mm amplitude for 2 hours in each of 3 mutually perpendicular directions.

Drop test: 1m drop with 981m/s (100G) attitude.

Terminal strength push test: Pulling force: 10N for 5s. Bending test: 2mm deflection.

Resistance to solvent test: Dip in IPA solvent for 50.5 min, dry, then brush marking 10 times.

Recommended Soldering Conditions

Flux: Rosin-based flux.

Solder: Sn solder.

Flow soldering conditions: Pre-heating temperature difference 150. Cooling temperature difference 100.

Reflow soldering conditions: Average Ramp-Up Rate: 3/second max. Preheat: 150 to 200 for 60-180 seconds.
