Product Overview
The DSC1101 and DSC1121 series are high-performance silicon MEMS oscillators offering excellent jitter and stability across a wide range of supply voltages and temperatures. These oscillators replace traditional quartz or SAW technologies, enhancing reliability and accelerating product development. The DSC1101 features a standby mode for complete power-down, while the DSC1121 disables only the outputs. Both are available in industry-standard packages, including a compact 2.5 mm x 2.0 mm, serving as direct replacements for standard 4-pin CMOS quartz crystal oscillators.
