The DSC8101 & DSC8121 series are high-performance, field-programmable CMOS oscillators utilizing silicon MEMS technology. They offer excellent jitter and stability across a wide range of supply voltages and temperatures. The TIMEFLASH programmer allows for easy in-field frequency programming, ideal for immediate testing, prototype development, and production. The DSC8101 features a standby mode for complete power-down, while the DSC8121 disables only the outputs when the EN pin is low. Both are available in industry-standard packages, including a 3.2x2.5 mm option, and serve as direct replacements for standard 4-pin CMOS quartz oscillators.
