Product Overview
The DSC1101 and DSC1121 series are high-performance silicon MEMS oscillators offering excellent jitter and stability across a wide range of supply voltages and temperatures. These oscillators replace traditional quartz or SAW technologies, enhancing reliability and accelerating product development for demanding communication, storage, and networking applications. The DSC1101 features a standby mode for complete power-down, while the DSC1121 disables only the outputs. Both are available in industry-standard packages, including a compact 2.5 mm x 2.0 mm footprint, serving as direct replacements for standard 4-pin CMOS quartz crystal oscillators.
