The Microsemi MPC8010-MPC8300 series features monolithic MMSM capacitors utilizing advanced wafer fabrication integration. This technology minimizes parasitic package inductance, enabling smooth, non-resonant functionality through X-Band. These surface mount capacitors are designed for RF circuits, offering exceptional Quality Factor (Q) and low loss, with typical insertion loss less than 0.2 dB over the working frequency range. They are ideal for DC blocks, capacitive coupling, RF bypass, and fixed capacitive tuning of oscillators, multipliers, or filter elements. The devices are RoHS compliant and available on tape and reel for automated assembly.
