General Characteristics
- Standard Atmospheric Conditions: Ambient temperature: 15C to 35C, Relative humidity: 45% to 85%, Air Pressure: 86kPa to 106kPa. For doubt resolution: Ambient temperature: 20C 2C, Relative humidity: 60% to 70%, Air Pressure: 86kPa to 106kPa.

- Rated Voltage (WV) & Surge Voltage (SV): See Table 2 for values (e.g., 6.3V to 100V WV, 8V to 125V SV).
- Capacitance Measurement: 120Hz12Hz, 0.5Vrms, 202. Shall be within specified capacitance tolerance.
- Leakage Current: Measured after connecting with a 1k10 protective resistor in series for 2 minutes. Refer to Table 1.
- tan Measurement: Measured at 120Hz, 202. Refer to Table 1.
- Impedance Measurement: 100kHz, 202. Refer to Table 1.
- Terminal Strength: Tensile force and bending force specifications provided for different lead wire diameters. Criteria: No noticeable changes, breakage, or looseness.
- Temperature Characteristic: Tested at various temperatures (-40, 20, 105). Criteria include tan limits and leakage current multiples. Impedance ratio at low temperatures also specified.
- Load Life Test: According to IEC60384-4 No.4.13. Tested at 105C 2 with DC bias and rated ripple current for specified hours. Criteria include leakage current, capacitance change (25%), tan (150% of specified value), and appearance.
- Shelf Life Test: Stored at 1052 for 1000+48/0 hours. Tested after stabilization. Criteria include leakage current, capacitance change (25%), tan (150% of specified value), and appearance.
- Surge Test: 1000 cycles of charge (305s) and discharge (5 min 30s) with surge voltage applied. Test temperature 15~35. Criteria include leakage current, capacitance change (15%), tan, and appearance.
- Vibration Test: 10Hz ~ 55Hz frequency range, 1.5mm peak to peak amplitude, 2 hours in each of 3 directions. Criteria include inner construction and appearance.
- Solderability Test: Sn-Cu solder, 2503, 2mm dipping depth, 252.5mm/s dipping speed, 30.5s dipping time. Criteria: Minimum 95% of immersed surface coated.
- Resistance to Solder Heat Test: Solder bath at 2605 for 101 seconds or 40010 for 3+0/-1 seconds. Criteria include leakage current, capacitance change (10%), tan, and appearance.
- Change of Temperature Test: 5 cycles of temperature changes between +20, rated low temperature (-40/-25), and rated high temperature (+105). Criteria include leakage current, tan, and appearance.
- Damp Heat Test: 5008 hours at 90~95% RH and 402. Criteria include leakage current, capacitance change (20%), tan (120% of specified value), and appearance.
- Vent Test: Applies to products with vents (diameter 6.3). DC test with reversed polarity and applied current. Criteria: Vent operates with no dangerous conditions.
- Maximum Permissible Ripple Current: Maximum AC current at 100kHz and maximum operating temperature. Frequency multipliers and temperature coefficients provided.
