Product Overview
The MACOM MAOC-112675 is a broadband voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) designed for frequency generation in various radio applications. It offers a wide tuning range and low current consumption, making it ideal for phase lock loop integration. With its excellent temperature stability and proven microphonic performance, this VCO is particularly suited for high-capacity digital radios, Point-to-Point Radio, Point-to-Multipoint Radio, and general Communications Systems requiring low phase noise. The device is housed in a lead-free, halogen-free 5 mm 32-lead PQFN package that is RoHS compliant and compatible with 260C reflow temperatures, featuring low lead inductance and an excellent thermal path.
