X-CON Conductive Polymer Aluminum Solid Capacitors
X-CON conductive polymer aluminum solid capacitors offer low ESR and ideal frequency characteristics, making them suitable for decoupling applications. They can also be used as smoothing capacitors, enabling miniaturization of switching power supplies due to their large ripple current capability. Additionally, they serve as backup capacitors for high-speed, high-current consuming circuits. These capacitors are Pb-free and RoHS compliant, with some series offering a long life of up to 50,000 hours at 85C. Their superior temperature characteristics ensure stable ESR from -55C to 105C (partly 125C), making them ideal for low-temperature applications. They are available in a wide capacitance range from 1F to 2700F and high voltage ratings up to 200V. Applications include smoothing, backup, and bypass functions in digital equipment, household appliances, computer hardware, and industrial equipment.
