The MAOC-010334 is an InGaP HBT-based voltage controlled oscillator designed for frequency generation in the 8.4 - 9.25 GHz range. It features low phase noise, a wide tuning range, and a divide-by-two output for easy integration into phase-locked loops. An integrated buffer amplifier and excellent temperature stability contribute to its performance. This VCO requires no external matching components and is ideal for high-capacity digital radio and various communication systems.
