The MAOC-009871 is an InGaP HBT-based voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) designed for frequency generation in the 9.2 10.2 GHz range. It offers low phase noise, a wide tuning range, and a divide-by-two output, making it suitable for integration into phase-locked loops. The integrated buffer amplifier and excellent temperature stability contribute to its performance. This VCO is ideal for high-capacity digital radios and applications such as Point-to-Point Radio, Point-to-Multipoint Radio, and general Communications Systems requiring low phase noise. It is housed in a 5 mm 32-Lead PQFN package with a lead-free finish, RoHS compliance, and compatibility with 260C reflow temperatures.
