Product Overview
The MACOM MAOC-011701 is a broadband voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) designed for frequency generation in radio applications. Utilizing InGaP HBT technology, this VCO offers low phase noise, a wide tuning range, and excellent temperature stability. It features an integrated buffer amplifier and a divide-by-two output, simplifying integration into phase-lock loops. No external matching components are required.
