Product Overview
The MAOC-113100 is a broadband voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) designed for frequency generation in various radio applications. It offers a wide tuning range and low current consumption, making it ideal for integration into phase-locked loops via its divide-by-two output. The VCO boasts extremely low phase noise, making it suitable for high-capacity digital radios, Point-to-Point Radio, Point-to-Multipoint Radio, and general Communications Systems where low phase noise is critical. It operates with a +5 V bias and comes in a lead-free, halogen-free 5 mm 32-lead package that is RoHS compliant and 260C reflow compatible, featuring low lead inductance and an excellent thermal path.
