The MACOM MAOC-009872 is an InGaP HBT-based Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) designed for frequency generation in the 11.0 11.82 GHz range. It offers a wide tuning range, low phase noise, and an integrated buffer amplifier, making it ideal for phase lock loop integration via its divide-by-two output. Its excellent temperature stability and low phase noise performance are well-suited for demanding radio applications, including high capacity digital radios, Point-to-Point Radio, Point-to-Multipoint Radio, and general Communications Systems. The device is housed in a lead-free, halogen-free 5 mm 32-Lead PQFN package with low lead inductance and an excellent thermal path, ensuring RoHS compliance and 260C reflow compatibility.
