Cautions
- Application: Intended for ordinary electronic equipment. Consult Liteon's Sales for applications requiring exceptional reliability, especially where failure may jeopardize life or health.
- Storage (Sealed Package): Store at 30C or less and 90%RH or less. Use within one year.
- Storage (Opened Package): Ambient temperature not to exceed 30C or 60% relative humidity. IR-reflow within one week is recommended. For extended storage, use a sealed container with desiccant or nitrogen ambient. Bake at 60C for at least 20 hours if stored out of packaging for more than one week.
- Cleaning: Use alcohol-based cleaning solvents such as isopropyl alcohol.
- Soldering: Adhere to recommended soldering conditions (Reflow Soldering and Soldering Iron). Follow JEDEC standards and solder paste manufacturer specifications.
- Drive Method: As a current-operated device, a current limiting resistor in series with each LED is recommended for intensity uniformity in parallel configurations.
