Product Overview
The LHE5400 is a quad resistor network designed for applications requiring excellent resistor matching over a wide temperature range. It offers precise ratiometric stability, making it suitable for high-accuracy difference amplifiers, voltage references, and bridge circuits. The device boasts superior matching specifications, especially when configured in a difference amplifier, leading to improved CMRR performance compared to independently matched resistors. All four resistors can be accessed and biased independently, providing versatility. The LHE5400 is available in a space-saving 8-lead MSOP package and operates from 40C to 125C.
