The LHE5400 is a quad resistor network designed for applications requiring excellent resistor matching over a wide temperature range. It offers precise ratiometric stability suitable for difference amplifiers, voltage references, and bridge circuits. The device features independent access and biasing for all four resistors, providing versatility and enhanced performance, particularly in difference amplifier configurations where it can improve CMRR by up to 2x compared to independently matched resistors. Available in a space-saving 8-pin MSOP package, the LHE5400 operates from 40C to 125C.
