Product Overview
The SNR3012 Series is an automatic assembly, magnetic resin shielded SMD power inductor designed for high-current, low-DCR applications. Its closed magnetic circuit and magnetic-resin shielding significantly reduce leakage flux and electromagnetic interference (EMI), while minimizing buzz noise to ultra-low levels. This series offers excellent shock resistance and durability due to metallization on the ferrite core. Designed for space and power efficiency, these inductors are suitable for a wide range of electronic devices including LED backlights, flat-screen TVs, computers, servers, automotive systems, and DC-DC converters.

Usage Precautions
- Storage period is within 12 months under conditions: 5~40C, 35-65% RH.
- Avoid use and storage in corrosive gas environments (salt, acid, alkali, etc.).
- Do not touch electrodes directly with bare hands to prevent soldering issues.
- Handle products carefully to avoid damage from dropping or improper removal.
- Do not bend terminals excessively to prevent wire fracture.
- Do not rinse coils; contact the manufacturer if cleaning is necessary.
- Keep away from magnets or magnetic objects.
- Preheat components before soldering; ensure temperature difference between solder and chip does not exceed 150C.
- Soldering corrections after mounting should adhere to specified conditions to avoid short circuits, performance degradation, or lifespan reduction.
- Account for self-heating when power is on in thermal design.
- For non-magnetic shielded types, careful PCB layout is required to prevent malfunctions due to magnetic interference.
