Recommended Lead-free Wave Soldering Curve (DIP-Type)

A recommended wave soldering curve is provided as a reference. Users should adjust and confirm soldering conditions based on their specific environment and equipment. Hand soldering with a soldering iron is not recommended, but if necessary, should not exceed 350 degrees and should avoid direct contact with the inductor body.

Reminders for Using These Products

  • Storage: Within 12 months under conditions of 5~40C and 35~65% RH.
  • Environment: Avoid gas corrosive environments (salt, acid, alkali).
  • Handling: Avoid direct contact with terminals due to oil secretions. Handle carefully to prevent damage. Do not excessively bend terminals.
  • Cleaning: Do not rinse coils; contact the manufacturer if cleaning is necessary.
  • Magnetic Fields: Keep away from magnets or magnetic objects.
  • Soldering: Preheat components before soldering (temperature difference < 150C). Soldering corrections after mounting should be within specified conditions to avoid performance degradation or reduced lifespan.
  • Thermal Design: Account for self-heating when the device is powered on.
  • Layout (Non-magnetic Shield Type): Carefully consider coil placement on the circuit board to prevent malfunctions due to magnetic interference.
