Electrical Performance Tests:
- Low Temperature Resistance: 500 hrs at -40±5, then 1 hr natural cooling.
- High Temperature Resistance: 500 hrs at +100±5, then 1 hr natural cooling.
- Salt Spray Test: 48 hrs in 35±2 salt water (5% concentration), then wash.
- Humidity Test: 500 hrs at 60±2 and 90-98% RH, then 1 hr natural cooling.
- Temperature Cycling: 100 cycles of 30 min at -40±2 and 30 min at +85±2, then 2 hrs natural cooling.
Mechanical Performance Tests:
- Drop Test: 3 drops from 75±5cm onto a wooden board (>3cm thickness), then 1 hr rest.
- Vibration Test: 10-55Hz frequency, 1.5mm amplitude, 2 hrs vibration along X, Y, Z axes, then 1 hr rest.
- Terminal Bending Strength Test: Body fixed, 45° twist, then slowly restored.
