Vibration: Electrical characteristics shall be satisfied after supplying vibration with frequency 1055Hz, period 12min, full amplitude 1.5mm PP, in X, Y, Z directions for 2 hours/each direction.
Strength of Terminals/Lead-wires:
- Pulling Test: 900g tension weight applied axially to terminals/lead-wires for 30 sec. No visual damages observed.
- Bending Test: 90-degree bending with 225g tension weight, followed by straightening. Repeated in the opposite direction. No visual damages observed.
Sealing Tightness: No gas bubbles observed after specimen is placed in hot water at +90+95 for 5 min.
Soldering Dip: Terminals/lead-wires dipped into solder at +2305 for 3 sec, 2mm from the bottom of the specimen body. Over 90% coverage of dipped terminals/lead-wires.
Solder Heating: Terminals/lead-wires dipped into solder at +35010 for 3-4 sec, 2mm from the edge of terminals/lead-wires. Electrical characteristics shall be satisfied.
Environmental Endurance
Humidity: Electrical characteristics shall be satisfied after 250 hours at 602 with 9095% humidity.
Storage in Low Temperature: Electrical characteristics shall be satisfied after 250 hours at -302.
Storage in High Temperature: Electrical characteristics shall be satisfied after 250 hours at +852.
Temperature Cycle: Electrical characteristics shall be satisfied after 3 cycles of temperature change (low to high, high to low) at a rate of 1/min.
