STRENGTH OF TERMINALS/LEAD-WIRES - PULLING Body of specimen shall be fixed, and 900g of tension weight shall be supplied gradually to axial direction of terminals/lead-wires for 30 sec. No visual damages after test.
STRENGTH OF TERMINALS/LEAD-WIRES - BENDING Body of specimen shall be fixed, and 90degree bending shall be given, being supplied 225gs tension weight. Then straightened gradually. Repeat to opposite direction. No visual damages after test. Refer to Fig-1
SEALING TIGHTNESS No observation of gas bubble after specimen put in hot water at +90+95 for 5 min.
SOLDERING DIP Terminals/lead-wires shall be dipped into solder melted tank at +2305 for 3sec. Dipping depth 2mm from bottom of body. Soldering portion over 90%. (After applying ROSIN flux)
SOLDER HEATING Terminals/lead-wires shall be dipped into solder melted tank at +35010 for 3 sec. Electrical characteristics shall be satisfied. Dipping depth 2mm from edge of terminals/lead-wires.

HUMIDITY Electrical characteristics shall be satisfied after letting it alone at 602 in humidity of 9095% for 250 hours.
STORAGE IN LOW TEMPERATURE Electrical characteristics shall be satisfied after letting it alone at -302 for 250 hours.
STORAGE IN HIGH TEMPERATURE Electrical characteristics shall be satisfied after letting it alone at +852 for 250 hours.
