Electrical Performance Conditions:
- Low Temperature Resistance: 500 hours ±2 hours at -40±5, then 1 hour natural cooling to room temperature.
- High Temperature Resistance: 500 hours ±2 hours at +100±5, then 1 hour natural cooling to room temperature.
- Salt Spray Test: 48 hours ±2 hours at 35±2 with 5% salt solution, then rinse with clean water.
- Humidity Test: 500 hours ±2 hours at 60±2 and 90-98% RH, then 1 hour natural cooling to room temperature.
- Temperature Cycling: 100 cycles of 30 minutes ±1 minute at -40±2 followed by 30 minutes ±1 minute at +85±2, then 2 hours natural cooling to room temperature.
Mechanical Performance Conditions:
- Drop Test: 3 drops from 75cm±5cm height onto a wooden board >3cm thick, tested after 1 hour.
- Vibration Test: 10-55Hz frequency, 1.5mm amplitude. 2 hours vibration along X, Y, Z axes, tested after 1 hour.
- Terminal Bending Strength Test: Body fixed at 45 degrees, then slowly restored.
- Terminal Strength: Applied to the substrate, 0.5mm/s speed, 2mm bending, 5 seconds ±1 second duration.
- Soldering Test: Apply flux (7-10% concentration) to terminals for approx. 5 seconds, then immerse in a 230±5 solder pot for 3 seconds.
- Sealing Test: Immerse in 85±5 warm water for 5 minutes, water level covers crystal approx. 20cm.
- Soldering Heat Resistance: Place on a 265±5 tin bath with crystal 2.0±0.2mm from tin surface for 3 minutes (2 times). Place on a 350±10 tin bath with crystal 2.0mm±0.2mm from tin surface for 3±0.5 seconds (2 times), then 2 hours natural cooling to room temperature.
