Reliability Testing

Test Item Conditions and Requirements
Vibration Frequency sweep 10Hz to 55Hz and return to 10Hz at 1 octave/min. Amplitude: 1.5mm. Applied for 2h each on 3 mutually perpendicular axes (total 6h).
Drop From 70cm height, 3 times on 3cm hard wooden floor. Results: FL: ±5ppm, Rr: ±15%.
Shock Peak acceleration: 981m/s². Duration: 6ms. Three successive shocks applied in both directions of 3 mutually perpendicular axes (total 18 shocks).
Damp Heat, Constant Stored at 40±2 with 90%-95% RH for 48h, then subjected to standard atmospheric conditions for 1-2h before measurement.
Cold Storage Stored at -40±5 for 48h, then subjected to standard atmospheric conditions for 1-2h before measurement.
Dry Heat Storage Stored at 100±5 for 24h, then subjected to standard atmospheric conditions for 1-2h before measurement.
