It features a non-inductive metallized structure, high-temperature wax sealing for excellent insulation, moisture resistance, flame retardancy, low loss, and self-healing properties for enhanced stability and reliability. Suitable for use in communication equipment, tape recorders, televisions, VCD players, and various other electronic devices, it is ideal for DC or pulsating circuits.

Soldering Precautions:

  • Manual soldering: Minimize soldering time to under 5 seconds and keep the solder joint away from the component body due to the component's low heat tolerance. Not recommended for reflow soldering.
  • Wave soldering: Install capacitors vertically. Avoid horizontal mounting to prevent damage from solder wave heat. Do not cover the soldering fixture. Preheat in three stages (80-100C). Solder temperature: 260+/-5, within 5 seconds. Ensure no pauses during soldering.
  • Ambient temperature 85C: Keep capacitors away from high-heat components to prevent performance issues.
