Precautions for Use

  • Handle with care as outer coatings are weak to external shock. Minimize washing. Avoid applying external force to the coating films until well dried. Allow approximately 20 minutes for drying before applying any force. Avoid stacking PC boards.
  • Do not touch high-resistance value resistors with bare hands to prevent surface-leakage current.
  • Consult the manufacturer if electric conductors are nearby, as corona and short-circuit by discharge may occur.
  • Avoid use in high temperature, high humidity, contaminated environments, or during resin molding, as this may alter resistance values.
  • Resistance film for less than RCR50 100k differs. Performance may decrease in highly humid environments or with ionic material contamination. Consult the manufacturer in such cases.
