The KOHER FBHA Series is a Size 0805 Chip Ferrite Bead designed for high-current applications. It serves as an effective noise reduction solution for power lines, offering low direct current resistance for compatibility with large currents and optimal low power consumption. Available in two materials with distinct frequency characteristics, these beads are suitable for countermeasures against general to high-speed signals, performing well even in signal lines requiring low DC resistance. They are AEC-Q200 qualified and operate within a temperature range of -55 to +150 C (including self-temperature rise).

Cautions and Warnings
Storage Conditions: Storage period within 12 months after production. Temperature: -5 to 35C, Humidity: 75% RH Max. If storage period elapses, soldering of terminal electrodes may deteriorate. Warranty period is one year.
Operation Instructions: Avoid environments with high temperature, high humidity, dust, corrosive gas. Handle with care to avoid damage or contamination from perspiration and skin oils. Prevent damage from dropping or inappropriate removing. Self-heating occurs when power is ON; ensure sufficient tolerance for thermal design. Preheat components before soldering. Temperature difference between solder and chip should not exceed 150C. Soldering corrections after mounting should be within specified conditions. Overheating may cause short circuit, performance deterioration, or lifespan shortening. Customer is responsible for confirming product suitability for their specific application.

Allowed time above 217: 60~150 sec.
Max temperature: 260.
Allowed Reflow time: 3x max.
