THICK FILM CHIP RESISTORS RK73B
The RK73B series of thick film chip resistors offers a robust product lineup from 0402 to 6432 sizes. Featuring a metal glaze thick film for excellent heat and weather resistance, these resistors are suitable for reflow and wave soldering. They are lead-free at the terminals and comply with EU RoHS directives, with lead glass in electrodes, resistive film, and glass being exempt. AEC-Q200 data is available for most models (excluding 1F).

Power Derating Curves
Power derating is required when operating above the rated ambient temperature or exceeding the rated terminal temperature. Refer to the provided curves for specific derating ratios based on terminal temperature and model series.
Temperature Rise Data
Temperature rise data is provided for reference under specific measurement conditions (25 ambient, FR-4 substrate t=1.6mm, 35m Cu foil). Actual values may vary based on usage conditions and mounting substrate.
Single Pulse Limiting Power Curve
Curves illustrate the single-pulse limiting electric power versus pulse duration for different model groups. The upper limit for applicable voltage is the maximum overload voltage. Consult for continuous pulse tolerance.
