Usage Precautions:
- The base material of chip resistors is alumina. Due to different thermal expansion coefficients from the mounting substrate, solder at the joint may crack under repeated thermal stress. Larger sizes (W2H/W3A/W3A2) are more prone to cracking due to greater thermal expansion and self-heating. Careful design is required for applications with significant environmental temperature fluctuations or repeated load ON/OFF cycles.
- RK73B 1F resistors can be damaged by static electricity during equipment assembly.
