RK73H Precision Thick Film Chip Resistors

The RK73H series of thick film chip resistors offers high precision with 0.5% and 1% tolerances. These resistors feature lead-free terminations that meet EU RoHS requirements, with the exception of lead in glass for electrodes, resistor elements, and glass. The series is AEC-Q200 Qualified across various package sizes. They are designed for applications requiring stable resistance values and reliability, with derating curves provided for operation at elevated ambient or terminal part temperatures.

Derating Curves

Resistors operated at an ambient temperature of 70C or above shall be derated in accordance with the ambient temperature derating curve. Resistors operated at a terminal part temperature of described for each size or above shall be derated in accordance with the terminal part temperature derating curve. For resistors operated at a terminal part temperature of described for each size or above, a power rating shall be derated in accordance with the above derating curve. Please refer to Introduction of the derating curve based on the terminal part temperature in the beginning of our catalog before use.
