SG73P Series - Anti-Surge Endured Pulse Power Thick Film Chip Resistors
The SG73P series are anti-surge endured pulse power thick film chip resistors designed for applications requiring superior pulse withstanding voltage and high power capabilities. They offer down to 0.5% tolerance and meet EU RoHS requirements for lead-free terminations. These resistors are AEC-Q200 tested, ensuring reliability in demanding environments.

Derating Curves
For resistors operated at an ambient temperature of 70C or above, or at a terminal part temperature described for each size or above, a power rating shall be derated in accordance with the derating curve.
