The RN73H series are long-term precision thin (metal) film flat chip resistors designed for high reliability and automotive applications. These resistors offer high stability at elevated temperatures, improved moisture resistance due to a glass passivation layer, and meet EU RoHS requirements. They are AEC-Q200 tested and rated for ambient temperatures up to 85C, with operation up to +155C.
