Precautions for Use
- Handle with care to avoid electrostatic discharge, especially in dry conditions or after prolonged vibration during packaging.
- Avoid contamination from ionic impurities (flux, sweat, saliva) which can cause electrical corrosion. Thorough washing is recommended, especially when using RMA solder/flux or lead-free solder.
- When removing heat-resistant masking tapes, be cautious to prevent exfoliation of top electrodes. Avoid direct contact of tape adhesive with the product. High-pressure shower cleaning may also cause electrode exfoliation; evaluate beforehand if unavoidable.
