R76 Series Double Metallized Polypropylene Film Capacitors
The R76 Series capacitors are constructed with polypropylene film and double metallized polyester film electrodes, featuring tinned wire radial leads. They are designed for DC and pulse applications, offering self-healing properties and a plastic case encapsulated in self-extinguishing, solvent-resistant thermosetting resin meeting UL 94V-0 requirements. Automotive grade options are available, meeting AEC-Q200 qualification. These capacitors are ideal for deflection circuits, switching spikes suppression, lamp capacitors for electronic ballasts, and snubber/SCR commutation circuits, especially in high voltage and high current applications. Not suitable for across-the-line applications.
