KEMET PHE450 Double Metallized Polypropylene Film Capacitors
The KEMET PHE450 Series is a double metallized polypropylene film capacitor designed for general purpose, pulse, and DC transient suppression applications. Its construction features a polypropylene dielectric with double metallized polyester film electrodes, encapsulated in self-extinguishing resin within a UL 94 V-0 compliant box. These capacitors are suitable for high frequency applications with high current stress, such as deflection circuits in televisions, protection circuits in switched-mode power supplies (SMPS), and electronic ballasts.
