Product Overview

The JURCC MPP85-BOX is a metallized film box capacitor specifically designed for the PFC control circuits of LED driver power supplies and various switching power supplies. It serves as a replacement for traditional powder epoxy encapsulated metallized film capacitors, offering enhanced safety by eliminating the risk of damage during wave soldering, thus reducing costs. Key advantages include reduced noise, a specially designed internal structure with significantly increased spray gold contact area (150-200%) for lower high-frequency loss and improved surge handling, and a longer lifespan ensured by JURCC's controlled manufacturing process and dynamic voltage/current surge testing. The capacitor features a PBT synthetic resin casing, flame-retardant epoxy potting for improved moisture and flame resistance, good appearance consistency, a flame retardant rating of C, and a maximum operating temperature of 110. Its excellent frequency characteristics and low high-frequency loss make it ideal for high-current applications and suitable for various electronic products as a bypass, DC blocking, filtering, coupling, resonant, or RC voltage-reducing component.
