Product Overview

The JURCC MPP92-BOX is a metallized film cartridge capacitor specifically designed for LED driver power supplies and various switching power supplies, including LLC/LCC resonant and RC/RCC/DRC absorption circuits. It offers an alternative to traditional epoxy-encapsulated metallized film capacitors, addressing common issues such as low power factor, energy loss, capacitor overheating, short lifespan, and inconsistent dimensions. Key advantages include reduced risk of damage during wave soldering (eliminating the need for K-feet), lower noise, significantly improved contact capability (150-200% increase), reduced high-frequency loss, enhanced surge current and voltage handling, and lower internal heat generation, leading to improved power transfer efficiency. Encased in a PBT synthetic resin shell and flame-retardant epoxy resin, it offers improved moisture resistance and flame retardancy, with a flame retardant rating of C and a maximum operating temperature of 110. It also exhibits excellent high-frequency characteristics (up to 1000KHz) and low high-frequency loss, making it suitable for high-current, high-frequency applications in resonance, bypass, DC blocking, filtering, and coupling circuits.
