Product Description

The JURCC MPP92-BOX is a metallized film cartridge capacitor specifically designed for LLC/LCC resonant and RC/RCC/DRC absorption circuits in LED driver power supplies and various switching power supplies. It offers an alternative to traditional epoxy-encapsulated metallized film capacitors, addressing common issues such as low power factor, high energy loss, capacitor overheating and damage, fire hazards, short lifespan, non-standard dimensions, and casing cracking. Key advantages include the elimination of the risk of thermal damage during wave soldering (no 'K' foot processing required), reduced noise compared to traditional film capacitors, and significantly improved contact area (150-200% increase) due to a special internal structure. This leads to lower high-frequency loss, enhanced surge voltage and current handling capability, and reduced internal heat generation, thereby improving power factor and reducing energy loss. The capacitor is encapsulated in a PBT synthetic resin shell and filled with flame-retardant epoxy resin, offering improved moisture resistance and flame retardancy, good appearance consistency, and a maximum operating temperature of 110. It also exhibits excellent high-frequency characteristics (up to 1000KHz) with low high-frequency loss, making it suitable for high-current, high-frequency applications. Its uses extend to resonance, bypass, DC blocking, filtering, and coupling in various electronic and electrical products.
