Product Overview

The JURCC MPP92-BOX is a metallized film cartridge capacitor specifically designed for resonant and absorption circuits in LED driver power supplies and various switching power supplies, including LLC, LCC, RC, RCC, and DRC circuits. It offers significant advantages over traditional epoxy-encapsulated metallized film capacitors, such as improved power factor, reduced energy loss, enhanced heat dissipation, increased lifespan, and a more standardized form factor. The MPP92-BOX features a unique internal structure with increased gold-sprayed contact area for lower high-frequency loss, higher surge current capability, and reduced internal heat generation. Encased in PBT synthetic resin and sealed with flame-retardant epoxy resin, it provides superior moisture resistance and flame retardancy, meeting a Class C flammability rating and a maximum operating temperature of 110. Its excellent high-frequency characteristics (up to 1000KHz) and low loss make it ideal for high-current, high-frequency applications, serving purposes like resonance, bypass, DC blocking, filtering, and coupling in various electronic and electrical products.
