Product Description

The MPP92-BOX is a metallized film cartridge capacitor specifically designed for LED driver power supplies and various switching power supplies, including LLC/LCC resonant and RC/RCC/DRC absorption circuits. It serves as an oscillation capacitor, offering an alternative to traditional epoxy-encapsulated metallized film capacitors. Key advantages over traditional capacitors include reduced power factor, lower energy loss, improved heat dissipation, enhanced lifespan, and a more standardized form factor. This capacitor eliminates the risk of thermal damage during wave soldering, reduces noise, and features a specially designed internal structure with increased spray gold contact area (150-200% more) for lower high-frequency loss, better surge current/voltage handling, and reduced internal heat generation, thereby improving power energy transmission. It is manufactured with a PBT synthetic resin shell and flame-retardant epoxy resin potting, providing enhanced moisture resistance and flame retardancy. The capacitor exhibits excellent high-frequency characteristics (up to 1000KHz) with low high-frequency loss, making it suitable for high-current, high-frequency applications such as resonance, bypass, DC blocking, filtering, and coupling in various electronic products.
