Metallized Film Cartridge Capacitor - MPP92-BOX

The MPP92-BOX is an oscillating capacitor specifically designed for LLC/LCC resonant and RC/RCC/DRC absorption circuits in LED driver power supplies and various switching power supplies. It offers significant advantages over traditional epoxy-encapsulated metallized film capacitors, including improved power factor, reduced energy loss, enhanced durability, and a more compact, standardized form factor. Key features include a risk-free operation during wave soldering (eliminating the need for K-feet), lower noise, and a specially designed internal structure with enhanced gold spray contact for reduced high-frequency loss, improved surge resistance, and lower internal heat generation. Encased in a PBT synthetic resin shell and flame-retardant epoxy resin, it provides superior moisture resistance and flame retardancy. The capacitor also boasts excellent high-frequency characteristics (up to 1000KHz) and low high-frequency loss, making it ideal for high-current, high-frequency applications such as resonance, bypass, DC blocking, filtering, and coupling.
