Product Overview

The JURCC MPP92-BOX is a metallized film cartridge capacitor specifically designed for LLC/LCC resonant and RC/RCC/DRC absorption circuits in LED driver power supplies and various switching power supplies. It offers an alternative to traditional epoxy-encapsulated metallized film capacitors, addressing issues such as low power factor, high energy loss, capacitor overheating, short lifespan, and inconsistent dimensions. Key advantages include reduced risk of thermal damage during wave soldering (eliminating the need for K-leads), lower noise, significantly increased contact area for reduced high-frequency loss, and enhanced surge voltage/current handling. The capacitor is housed in a PBT synthetic resin shell and potted with flame-retardant epoxy resin, providing improved moisture resistance and flame retardancy. It exhibits excellent high-frequency characteristics, making it suitable for high-current, high-frequency applications like resonance, bypass, DC blocking, filtering, and coupling.
