Product Overview

The JURCC MPP92-BOX is a metallized film cartridge capacitor specifically designed for LED driver power supplies and various switching power supplies, including LLC/LCC resonant and RC/RCC/DRC absorption circuits. It offers an improved alternative to traditional epoxy-encapsulated metallized film capacitors, addressing issues like low power factor, energy loss, overheating, short lifespan, and inconsistent dimensions. Key advantages include reduced risk of thermal damage during wave soldering (eliminating the need for K-feet), lower noise, significantly increased contact area for reduced high-frequency loss and improved surge handling, and enhanced energy transfer. The capacitor features a PBT synthetic resin shell and flame-retardant epoxy potting for improved moisture and flame resistance, with a C-grade flammability rating and a 110 temperature resistance. Its excellent high-frequency characteristics (up to 1000KHz) and low loss make it suitable for high-current, high-frequency applications, including resonance, bypass, DC blocking, filtering, and coupling.
