Product Overview

The JURCC MPP92-BOX is a metallized film cartridge capacitor specifically designed for LLC/LCC resonant and RC/RCC/DRC absorption circuits in LED driver power supplies and various switching power supplies. It offers an alternative to traditional epoxy-encapsulated metallized film capacitors, addressing issues such as low power factor, energy loss, capacitor overheating, short lifespan, and inconsistent dimensions. Key advantages include reduced risk of thermal damage during wave soldering, lower noise, enhanced contact area for reduced high-frequency loss, improved surge current handling, and extended lifespan due to specialized manufacturing and testing. The capacitor features a PBT synthetic resin shell and flame-retardant epoxy potting, providing excellent moisture and flame resistance, with a flame retardancy rating of C and a maximum operating temperature of 110. Its excellent high-frequency characteristics (up to 1000KHz) make it suitable for high-current, high-frequency applications, including resonance, bypass, DC isolation, filtering, and coupling.
