The JURCC MPP92-BOX is a metallized film cartridge capacitor specifically designed for LED driver power supplies and various switching power supplies, including LLC/LCC resonant and RC/RCC/DRC absorption circuits. It offers an alternative to traditional epoxy-encapsulated metallized film capacitors, addressing issues such as low power factor, high energy loss, capacitor overheating, short lifespan, and inconsistent dimensions. Key advantages include a reduced risk of damage during wave soldering (eliminating the need for K-leads), lower noise, and significantly improved contact area due to a special internal structure, leading to lower high-frequency loss and better surge current handling. Encased in PBT synthetic resin with flame-retardant epoxy resin, it boasts enhanced moisture resistance and flame retardancy, with a flame retardant rating of C and a temperature resistance of 110. It also exhibits excellent high-frequency characteristics (up to 1000KHz) and is suitable for high-current, high-frequency applications, serving purposes like resonance, bypass, DC blocking, filtering, and coupling.
