Product Overview

The JURCC MPP92-BOX is a metallized film cartridge capacitor specifically designed for LLC/LCC resonant and RC/RCC/DRC absorption circuits in LED driver power supplies and various switching power supplies. It offers an improved alternative to traditional powder epoxy resin encapsulated metallized film capacitors, addressing issues such as low power factor, high energy loss, capacitor overheating, short lifespan, and casing cracking. Key advantages include a reduced risk of damage during wave soldering (eliminating the need for K-foot processing), lower noise, significantly increased contact area (150-200%) due to a special internal structure for reduced high-frequency loss and improved surge handling, enhanced power factor, and reduced energy loss. Encased in a PBT synthetic resin shell and filled with flame-retardant epoxy resin, it offers improved moisture resistance and flame retardancy, consistent appearance, and a high-temperature resistance of 110. It also exhibits excellent high-frequency characteristics (up to 1000KHz) with low high-frequency loss, making it suitable for high-current, high-frequency applications and various electronic products for resonance, bypass, DC blocking, filtering, and coupling.
