Product Description

The MPP92-BOX is a metallized film cartridge capacitor specifically designed for LLC/LCC resonant and RC/RCC/DRC absorption circuits in LED driver power supplies and various switching power supplies. It serves as an alternative to traditional powder epoxy encapsulated metallized film capacitors, addressing their drawbacks such as low power factor, high energy loss, capacitor heating and damage, fire hazards, short lifespan, non-standard dimensions, and casing cracking. The MPP92-BOX offers improved performance with reduced noise, enhanced contact area (150-200% increase) for lower high-frequency loss, and better surge impact resistance. Encased in a PBT synthetic resin shell and flame-retardant epoxy resin, it provides improved moisture resistance and flame retardancy, with good appearance consistency and a temperature resistance of 110. Its excellent high-frequency characteristics (up to 1000KHz) and low high-frequency loss make it suitable for high-current, high-frequency applications, including resonance, bypass, DC blocking, filtering, and coupling in various electronic and electrical products.
