Product Description

Metallized Film Cartridge Capacitor - MPP92-BOX

The JURCC MPP92-BOX is a metallized film cartridge capacitor specifically designed for LLC/LCC resonant and RC/RCC/DRC absorption circuits in LED driver power supplies and various switching power supplies. It offers significant advantages over traditional powder epoxy encapsulated metallized film capacitors, addressing issues such as low power factor, energy loss, overheating, short lifespan, and casing cracking. Key features include a risk-free wave soldering process (eliminating the need for K-foot treatment), reduced noise, a specially designed internal structure with enhanced gold spraying contact (150-200% larger area), leading to lower high-frequency loss, better surge current handling, and reduced internal heat generation. This results in improved power factor and reduced energy loss. Encased in a PBT synthetic resin shell and filled with flame-retardant epoxy resin, it offers enhanced moisture resistance and flame retardancy, consistent appearance, and a high-temperature resistance of 110. Its excellent high-frequency characteristics (up to 1000KHz) and low loss make it ideal for high-current, high-frequency applications, including resonance, bypass, DC blocking, filtering, and coupling in various electronic and electrical products.
